2 years ago, I hired Jerry to install a new heat pump. I paid him over $7,000. Now, the unit is producing no heat. I found out that a true pressure line had rubbed up against the main freon line and caused a hole in it which caused all of the freon to escape from the unit. I contacted the heat pump manufacturer, Goodman, and they said it was Jerrys problem because it was a labor issue and not a material issue. I contacted Jerry and he said that he only had a 1 year warranty on labor, since it has been 2 years, he could not help me. I got 2 quotes for over $2,400 to fix it. I still do not have any heat. I would highly recommend that you find someone to install you new unit who has more than a 1 year warranty on labor.

Jerry runs a very professional HVAC business that is not only top of the line work, but he is very reasonable with the price of his services. I tried two other companies over the past two years and all they did is charge me very high prices, they never solved the problem. I would highly recommend giving Jerry Clark HVAC,LLC a call and see for your self how professional and lower priced he is compared to the other competition out there,plus your unit will be fixed.

Jerry is so professional. He explained everything that was wrong and showed me. Explained what he could do to fix it and gave pricing upfront. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and cleaned up afterwards. He never made me feel uncomfortable being in my home with myself and my children. I highly recommend Jerry and if any of my friends have issues, I will send them his way!!
