Scammers!!!! I have been trying to get their insurance information because Jerry ruined my kitchen and basement after he I installed a kitchen faucet. Broke something underneath and realized a few days after the sink was leaking underneath since day one!!! The water got to my hardwood and basement!!! They keep avoiding my calls and texts when I requested the insurance information. They know they are at fault but they just disappeared!!! I just need the insurance information so I can expedite the claim and stop the mold growth in my home due to their negligence. DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY. Jerry and Terry are just scammers!!â

He showed up on time. When we made a plan for the items to be done, he was good to go. I left and came back and he couldn't finish the water heater. I was frustrated as to why he said one thing and couldn't get it done. He completed everything else like we had discussed but I had to hire someone else to finish the venting and gas supply to the water heater.

Everything was done on time as promised at a reasonable price. Overall a 1st rate job.

The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you communicate that your business is cash or checks only. We did not know that and it was a little embarrasing that we weren't ready to pay that way at the time the installation was complete. It all worked out, but it would have been good to know up front>
