Jerry and his crew got the floors installed and looking good. We had a minor adjustment after the initial install to put in matching transition moldings which were delayed in shipping from the manufacturer, and Jerry didn't hesitate to send people back out to make sure everything liked how I wanted. There are a couple of spots I wish the boards were tighter overall: 4/5 rating
