We hired them to fix our skylight & replace a faucet. Skylight job was fine but a bit pricey; faucet replacement was a NIGHTMARE and I hate this company. Faucet was installed & handles were crooked, faucet moved & leaked. Called the next day to have them come back to adjust it & they never called us back. I called numerous times over 3 months and they always gave excuses or said they would call back & didn't. Finally my wife called them & demanded they come the next day & they did. This was 3 months after the install. They fixed it, but partially flooded the bathroom and used our good towels to clean up and ruined them. Totally unprofessional

Very friendly and professional

hired to clean gutters. Company came to home without notice. Said job was completed and all gutters were no longer clogged. 1st rain after what i thought was a completed job, gutters were still clogged. will not contact this company again.

Terrible communication with the company. Did not live up to the contract. Never called to let me know what was going on. They were very defensive, rude, and argumentative when I had to call them. The man was 1 and 1/2 hours late, said half the work was necessary. The price was reduced after a lot of arguing. I would not hire them to do anything again.

The salesperson came out to inspect the job, was paid 1/3 of the cost of the job, but after 2 weeks has neither called nor made arrangements to BEGIN the job. My check was cashed, though.

He was really good and I will call him again.

Job took 2.5 months to complete, but other than that, it was done well.

I am very dissatisfied with this company. Three tries and work was not completed. The 3rd time the contractor came, looked at the work, went to get supplies and called an hour later saying that the cc machines at the store were down and they could not do the work afterall and tried to reschedule. So I asked for my deposit back and cancelled the contract. Over a three week period I was given the run around and it was the last straw. I would not recommend them. Customer service stinks. They are not accredited by the BBB. I checked!

Jerry's offered a great solution to making my porch look like new again. It looks great and I have received compliments and inquiries as to who did the work.

This was a disaster. They started 3 weeks later than the promised start date. They promised completion within 7 to 10 days. It took 1 month. The workers came with no tools to work with and no clear instructions or measurements of the job to be done. There was one redo after another. We had to constantly point out mistakes they had made and ask them to correct them. The workers showed up (if and when they did) at around noon and left two or three hours later. The finished porch looks very nice, but we still don't trust some of the corrected mistakes.

Hired and trusted this company to do some repairs and new flooring for my rental property in Laurel. I currently reside in Atlanta, GA. Invoiced repairs were incomplete. Their subcontractor made a mistake in the kind of floor to install, but I was charged (even though I was told that this mistake would not cost me any extra than what was quoted). In the end, I had my credit card company contest the extra charges of $300 and refund my money. This company did not have the courtesy to reply to the inquiry my C/C co initiated nor did they contact me to rectify the situation. They charged my c/c several different amounts.

Jackie did an EXCELLENT job on my bathtub installation and tile! It looks so much better than we ever imagined. We will certainly hire him again!!! A+ work!
