Water Heater Installation and Replacement

When I asked for Service Magic to have someone call me in reference to my water heater, I received a call from Mike the very next morning. Mike was so professional, and took the time to answer all 100 questions I had and options. I also left 4 other message from 4 other companies and only one person called me back and I was not impressed and would not hire them. I hired Mike even though he was more then the other folks. He came out the very next week just as promised and my husband and I are extremely pleased. Mike is so downed to earth, that he would be someone we would invite to our home for gatherings.

Only reason why I did not rate Very Good was because I have not been able to check it out myself. But of what I understand it was fixed and the gentleman was very clean, clean looking and very professional. Thank you!!
