This work was done on 01/30/2026 Mike had done sewer line replacement work for us previously and I definitely wanted him to fix our leaky soaking tub and install new hardware on it which would include a handheld sprayer. Mike came out, gave us a very reasonable quote, then ordered the new hardware once we agreed to the quote. Mike is honest, hardworking and very knowledgeable. He fixed the leak, installed the new hardware, also installed larger supply lines at our request because the ones on there were horribly slow - it literally took 45 minutes to get enough water for bathing. We are so happy with the work he did. He is also a handy man so I am already looking for additional projects he can do because as I said in my last review, I know the job will be done right!

We had a flood in our basement and Mike found the issue was a snapped pipe coming out of the house. He used the camera and showed me exactly where the break was. He had to get an excavator out to dig up and replace the broken line. He did such a great job that you couldn't even tell the lawn had been dug up. Mike also found an issue with the original catch being installed improperly which he just turned around for us. I would highly recommend Mike for any repairs, he seems to be a perfectionist which I appreciate because you know the job will be done right!

Came to my home as soon as he could stayed in touch with me, got to my home when I thought no one would be able to. Answered all my questions helped me alot and got the job done.

Very professional. Able to come out on short notice and the price was far cheaper than the quote I received from from another company. He was very respectful of the fact I work from home and was on calls while he was quick at work. I have a pitbull and even she was friendly with him and we all know dogs have that 6th sense about humans. I would highly recommend and should I need assistance in the future, however I hope not, I will be calling Jersey Drain Masters.

Mike is an excellent troubleshooter. He uses modern tools such as miniature cameras (fiber optics) to identify problems and plan repairs. Impacts to apartment owners were minimal with by Mike. He led a crew on 6 or 7 repairs at our apartment complex. We recommend and expect to use him in the future.

Mike was great. My hot water heater broke and he replaced it quickly and even got me a discount. A few days later I need it to be adjusted so the water would get hotter, he came back right away and adjusted it and showed me how to do it myself.

Mike helped us out in a pinch when my toddler flushed a small toy down the toilet. He was super efficient and professional. Would highly recommend him for all your needs.

Mike was employed as a drain specialist by a large company. He was doing drain clearing work for them in our condo building which had not had any pm work done on the entire drain pipe system in 40 years. Despite it being a huge project with multiple leaks throughout the building he handled the filthy and exhausting job very professionally and worked very long exhaustive hours until the job was done thoroughly. He was very empathetic to all his customers, explained and showed camera views of the clogs, and made certain the customers were well informed and totally satisfied with the completed work. He is the consummate professional and very personable to deal with. He is one of the most honest, professional, and kind person I have ever had service from and would recommend him most highly !

Excellent work all around! Very fast response time. Someone was immediately dispatched and they were able to clear the clog. Very reasonably priced and very friendly. Also they were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. I don’t have anything bad to say it’s all positive would recommend to anyone.
