I am beside myself in shock and disgust with this company. I needed to get a raccoon out of my attic and hired Target Pest and Animal Control. Well, it worked out that my boyfriend had a friend that could handle it, and so, I let them know I had changed my mind and asked to cancel the work. Now, I let them know I needed to cancel and request a refund WITHIN 24 HOURS. At least as I understand it, any given contract can be nullified during the first 72 hours and I was well within that time window. Well, they have been outright refusing to give me my refund. The one time I got ahold of the owner, Gary, he said he would move forward on that refund but it never happened. Every other time I have contacted them I get Vicky and she refuses to do the refund. This is $555.75 we are talking about, so I am not just going to let it go, but Vicky showed her lack of professional ability when she started cursing at me about the issue. They are clearly not an upstanding company and I have to recommend that everyone STAY AWAY from them.

Vickey from Target called me right away and made an appointment the next day at 9:00 am. Quick and professional service. I was very satisfied with their service. They removed the bird’s nest in the soffit on the side of my house. The technician cleaned it out thoroughly and sprayed a repellent and then secured the soffit and fascia with the appropriate screws and nails. I highly recommend this company.

I think the price was way to high for what was done. I could put chicken wire up. And wouldnâ t cost me $346.50. And that was whit a senior discount.

Simply trustworthy. They called. Kept in touch. Kept their word. Did the job well. What more can you ask for?

The two guys who came to remove the dead Stag on my property were very professional and knowledgeable about how to clean up a very rotten carcass. I was so happy Target could do the job within 3 hours of my initial call to them because things were smelling very bad! Although this job is dirty and smelly, they cleaned up with a friendly and cheerful attitude and great customer service! The price was right on point, I didnâ t feel over-charged. I would highly recommend this company and use them again if I needed their services.

Gary is fantastic and I would highly recommend him! We had a bird nest in our attic and Gary was very responsive and went the extra mile to resolve the issue. In a span of a week he had to address the issue multiple times as many birds were stuck in the attic. Each time Gary was timely and addressed the issue with no extra cost or fuss. His experience came through as he installed a one way door to give the birds enough time to escape.
