The project was quoted to be 3-4 months and took 8+ months; if you need rooms extended, definitely not the best contractor to use - I have 2 rooms that were extended in which the floor is noticeably not level between new and old. Not sure why someone said Bill inspects all work. If you have the patience to keep telling them how to do things that should have been done with pride the 1st or 2nd time, then stay patient and they will generally fix whatever it is, but when the project doesn't get done on time, you will get tired of speaking and tired of asking and eventually just deal with it. No consideration for confining spackle dust/mess.

So far we have only had their estimate and visit to our home. Do to some financial shortcomings we are delaying the work we want done. But do to their professionalism and great estimate we hope to soon be calling them to schedule work.

Bill, returned all phone calls in a timely manner, always addressed any concerns, and corrected the problem if needed. His workers were always pleasant and helpful. He was always present when major parts of the job were being erected. His workers also spoke highly of Bill as a boss.

Bill Wolford is an excellent GC. His choice in subcontrators will provide you reliable and quality work. Bill exceeded the specs on my blueprints and personally did all the excavation work on our addition. The building is better and stronger than was specified in the plans. He gave us an upgraded roof system,and 35 year architectural shingles. We are almost finished the addition. We are still waiting on my HVAC installer to do his work,and then we move onto insulatoin and drywall.. Bills personal crew is friendly and very skilled. I am looking forward to seeing his guys soon. Bill ability to design and plan is unsurpassed.l
