They were on time and very thorough. They diposed of some furniture that I no longer wanted, and cleaned everything from the inside and outside of the cabinets, to the carpet. There was only one thing that had to be redone upon inspection, which they did in no time. My place is now ready to hit the market for sale.

There was a budget and extensive inspection with an agreed upon price. While at work i received a call saying there was more damage to the columns than he thought and an additional $2000 would be needed. This seemed like a bait and switch to me bacuse this was the original bid i turned him down on.

I had an excellent experience with Jess Construction, as close to perfect as one could hope. I contacted Jess regarding installing flooring. i was so impressed with Ricardo, who managed this job, and with the work quality, speed and attention to detail that i quickly engaged Jess to handle additional work. This additional work included installing a new countertop and backsplash, tiling a bathroom and handling complex ironwork. i could not be happier with every aspect of the work done by Jess. thank you!
