Excellent home and carpet urgent cleaning service. Called many other companies to no avail, none didn't even answer the phone. Finally, Jessie's House & Carpet Cleaning said they would provide the same day (night) service. Complete move in and carpet cleaning service, last minute request. They delivered on the promise. I called them on a Wednesday at 8 pm and needed an immediate service for a 4,000 SqFt home. They showed up at 10 pm (5 cleaning consultants and a carpet cleaner) in two different vehicles and worked until 1 am. If it wasn't for Jessie's, I would have significant problems coordinating the other services (moving, unpacking, decorating, etc.). Yes, I paid a pretty penny for it, but it was well worth it. I'm glad I had the option to hire someone with such urgency. I don't know of any other company in Jacksonville that would provide such emergency cleaning services and work such late hours of the night. IMO, this is real commitment to your clients. The services were spectacular to say the least. I will refer Jessie's to all my relatives, friends, colleagues, etc. I will be using their services on a regular basis. I highly recommend Jessie's House & Carpet Cleaning for all your cleaning needs.

During the holidays, I was caught up by surprise and did not realize how close the holidays were. My family was coming to town and my entire home was a total mess, interior and exterior. It was Sunday morning but I had some hope someone would show up. I called several companies and even called people on Craigslist, to no avail. Jessie's House and Carpet Cleaning is the best service I've ever hired. Called them on a Sunday at 11 a.m. and they were at my doorstep in less than an hour! I was very impressed. They did a variety of services. House cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and sealing, exterior window cleaning, and pressure washing on a Sunday! And, since they did not get to finish cleaning all the areas that same day, they came back the next morning to complete the task. They provided quality of service and exceptional customer service even during non-business hours. It does not get better than that. I hope this review helps you make an informed decision when hiring a cleaning service.

They have been cleaning my home for over fourteen years and I find them very accommodating. I highly recommend their service. I am very particular and they meet my standards. They pay attention to the details.

Very polite and try really hard.

Find someone else. They do not speak great English or do a great job. If you want ok and cheap they do that. They broke the already cracked door of the microwave and threw it away, did not clean base boards or closets. Also they did not vacuum before steam cleaning the carpets, so I had to do it after them.

They arrived on time completed all the cleaning as specified. The house looked beautiful and smeeled wonderful.
