On the first day he gave us a impression that he was a very experienced. He charged us 70 a hour and said he would be done in two hours. The day of the service it took him 2 hours just to do one window( we have 13) with he left a hole in the wall. We could not wait for him to leave. What a joke!!!

It's been two weeks and my dishwasher still isn't fixed. He is professional and knowledgeable, very gracious about fees, but - perhaps understandably - I am not happy.

Worked well, when he was here communicated well and pointed out additional problems. While waiting on a part, had to call him a couple times to find out how much longer. Once the part came in he took care of everything and good job

My husband was going to install a new dishwasher. However, he ran into a problem. Jesus was quick to respond to his phone call and was able to come over in a matter of a few hours and install the dishwasher for us. I would recommend him to anyone needing this type of work done. We found out he also was knowledgeable in many areas and plan on having him do additional work for us in the future. Thank you Jesus and HomeAdvisor for the recommendation. I contacted this person to fix my oven which had been malfunctioning. When I asked the approx price it would cost, I told him it would be way more than i could afford. He automatically came down on the price $100. When finished parts and labor equalled what he had first quoted. $100 more than the original estimate. I was told that the temperature control was not working. After he left the house, my stove was still not fixed. I called him back and told him so. IHe said he would refund all my money except for $35.00. (I had ended up paying him $200.00.) I give him 2 1/2 stars because he did come back to my house, but he tried twice to cheat me. First giving me back only $12.00 in ones in a wad, saying that I did not have to count it, it was all there, then (after counting it), he tried to give me back only $100.00. When i reminded him that he was only going to charge me $35.00 for his time in trying to fix it, he gave me back another $50.00. I figured close enough. He was with his son, and I did not want to press the matter any further. He did spend a little over an hour trying to fix the oven.

this was the worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend HomeAdvisor to anyone!

Jesus was prompt, knew what he was doing, was willing to graciously work with us on our very difficult schedule, price was as quoted, was very nice to work with, and we have already asked him to go to a friend's home to work with them on a project. He is very versatile and has licensing in other areas.

Did not listen to what previous repairman had listed as problem so had to keep coming back out to fix more problems and machine still didn't work when he was done. Hourly rate was high and I found out the parts were overpriced. He refunded part of my money but still unsatisfied since I still have broken machine.

He very dependable, explains thoroughly and very courteous.

Mr. Prezas was very prompt, courteous and professional. The fence he built looks wonderful. My neighbor contracted him to build a gate and it turned out just as nice as the fence. I would recommend him without reservation.

He only completed part of promised work . I had to contact the Home Advisor co. to have him complete the promised work . He failed to provide bill on completion of work.

Mr. Prezas is efficient, friendly, and reasonable in price. He arrived on time. completed the job in timely fashion. and to my complete satisfaction. I recommend him and his work without hesitation.
