James owner operator, arrived at appointed time, cleaned our carpeting in several rooms with excellent results. His charge was within range of others, neither lowest nor highest but value of his work is the highest. James has a very professional appearance and manner and is a very congenial young man.

I was very concerned about the chemicals used to clean carpets. James was open to trying a natural and biodegradable cleaning solution which he purchased for my carpet cleaning. His estimate was exactly what he charged (no hidden costs like pre-spraying). He was timely and always returned my calls.
