Jet City Blinds is a A++ company in my eyes. The people they have working for them are very knowledgeable about the so many different products on the market. They go above and beyond to discuss the pros and cons about each product for your individual application. The installers are quick and clean and do an excellent job. I will use Jet City Blinds again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pleasurable and seamless experience.

The best feature of my condo is lots of windows and great views, but it had all been negated since my 20 year old blinds looked bad, and one by one were breaking down. Time for a complete revamp, and I am really happy I chose Jet City. Bridget knows the products really well, and has a great, creative eye for design. Just as important, though, she worked within my strict budget - and by the time we were done, I had a very intelligently customized (different solutions for the different needs in different rooms), affordable, and *beautiful* new look throughout my home. Very happy, thank you Jet City Blinds!

These people were really great. The sales gal who came to the house presented herself well and really new her product and had very good taste. When I called to check on the product delivery the gal answering the phone was friendly and efficient. Even the installer that came to the house was the kind of person you would have to dinner. First class operation!

Very professional. They were on time. They did not pressure sell. I would say the salesman used the soft sell. He was not in a hurry.he listened. The blind we choose came exactly on the day he said it would. It took 11 days , He said it would have been 8 except we ordered on a Friday. I'd use them again/

Outstanding outfit!!! When they came out for the estimate they brought an interior designer who made suggestions about color scheme, textures, etc. When the installer came out, he not only took down my old mini-blinds but also carted them away at no extra charge. The installation was supposed to take 1.5 hours, but only took 40 minutes. I will most definitely use these folks again for future window coverings. Note: they were a little more expensive than the other two contractors who came out, but worth every bit of it.
