The water turn on for my washer was leaking. Tony responded quickly, asked me to send a photo so he could get an idea of the problem. There was follow up prior to my appointment, he explained what was done and even closed a vent in my crawl space so my pipes wouldn't freeze. I would hire him again and again and recommend him 100%.

What matters most to me is communication with my vendor. Tony showed up when he said he would, called when he said he would, was clear about the issues that the job posed and was able to deliver what he promised. I had a leaky hose bibb that I was unable to fix and it needed to be replaced. The location of the pipe inside made the replacement from the inside almost impossible. Tony came up with a solution that he was able to work from the outside and delivered right on the spot. Money well spent. He was a font of good plumbing information and, I was happy to find out, does bathroom remodels too. We will be getting a quote on a tub replacement from Tony in the next couple of weeks. Jet was very accommodating and I will hire them again! 5 stars is an honest review!

I had two faucets replaced. It was a delight doing business with Tony. The work (by Tony and his brother) was professionally done, they arrived promptly as scheduled, followed up with information, Tony was friendly and professional. I anticipate hiring Jet Plumbing again for another job which Tony quoted. Completely satisfied!

I initially contacted Tony to provide an estimate for a toilet that the fill hose broke, as well as to provide suggestions about things in my basement plumbing that I deemed "questionable". Tony called, we talked about what the issues were; he arrived, he made suggestions and provided an exact figure for the work, which I readily agreed to, because it was a phenomenal value. I was expecting Tony to tell me that he would be back in a week or so to complete the job; he completed everything, same day! I now have plumbing that I am proud of in my laundry area, as well as a second full bath that is almost nicer than the first. The shower faucet and shower head are beautiful, and excellent quality. Jet Plumbing has installed a new shower system in my bathroom. It is a work of art ! Tony and his assistant were very professional, courteous, and SKILLFUL in helping me choose products that were functional, well designed & met my needs. The new copper piping looked so good, I was sad to see it covered by the wall. He has since installed a outside faucet that is extremely easy to use and will withstand winter weather. The third job Tony has done for me was correcting a small leak from a toilet shutoff valve that went in between my floor and subfloor. This job took place on a Sunday afternoon and involved an emergency call. I was extremely upset about this but again Tony was extremely responsive, explained the problem, and corrected it quickly and competently. I would refer Jet Plumbing to anyone!!!
