Work was NOT done correctly 05/28/24. Had 3 techs come out to resolve. NOW my gutter is clogged AFTER INSTALL was completed. I was emailed by Niki Ezzell, General Manager, niki@jetstreamkc.com , they will NOT HONOR the 5 YEAR WARRENTY and I should get some else to resolve. They are asking a 100% DISABLED VETERAN to climb on THE ROOF, take off the guards and remove a clog, which was NOT THERE BEFORE the install. Filed BBB Complaint 06/02/2024. Do NOT use this Company.
