Great work

Project was completed to our satisfaction.some small issues in communication,was told part required was to be in time for preparing our Easter dinner,and in fact was ,but only with numerous phone calls to confirm,also the estimate didn’t match the extra cost for the part,overall not a problem with this pro,but not a 5 star rating.

He did what needed to be done, but I felt the price was too high, the issue wasn't that big and he got it done in less than half and hour. The person was also reckless, and left my dryer misplaced, I had to move it back to position being an 83 year old woman.

Jet Fix sent in a technician to correctly diagnose the problem. They then picked up the replacement part the next day and fixed the problem. They sent me photos and videos of the work, collected the payment electronically and sent me the invoice by email. Job well done! Thank you!

Diagnosed our stove and advised that it would be cheaper (on cyber Monday) to replace the stove, rather than fix this one. I appreciated (and followed) the advice.

Arrived as scheduled. Quickly diagnosed the problem with LG washer was the circuit board. He reset connections and told me it should work for a while and showed how to reset again, if needed. Explained longer term, board will need to be replaced. Then, choice of (high) cost vs. purchase a new washer (probably). Personable, knowledgeable. Would definitely hire if needed for any other repairs.

Work well done

My water dispenser needed repair which required a part. Apparently the part took months to get in stock. I had to call and inquire if it had been received and remind them of the repair. The tech came and installed it, and I was told that while repaired another part was still required. The repair is satisfactory and appears to be in working order but he never called me back and I’ve never been contacted about what the follow up was to be. That was weeks ago. Extremely frustrating. This is why I only gave four stars. The fact that I have had to keep chasing them rather than the customer service being provided to me.

He came a little early!! VERY competent, did his work and the freezer was fixed! We recommend him highly.

Efficient and got the job done right and quick

He was actually early. Diagnosed and fixed the problem within a 1/2 hour. He also explained what he fixed and asked us to call if the problem came back and he would come back. He was terrific

Excellent work! The fridge now does not make all that noise. John was great in that he responded to my request pretty much seconds after I posted it here. They had good availability and came on time. Ata was great in making all efforts to locate the issue and fix it. Not more, not less. I would definitely hire them again.

john was here exactly when he said (and the same day i requested help!), did a great job completing the work, and charged a fair rate! i had additional work that needed to get done, and john had an electrician on staff who he called right away, came by the very next day to complete that project. first class business - highly recommend!
