All the work was professionally done, on time, and with good attention to detail. One problem I had with the app was addressed the next day when a tech specialist came to my house to get everything set up properly.

Michael, Rafa, and Jacob did a great job installing. Showed up on time and were in and out in one day.

Currently trying to get an install done. Initial sales process as good. I was approved on April 14. Since then it's been nothing but a run around about "In Progress". Constant errors on Jetson's part with the Colorado HEAR program. Customer success rep is unresponsive at best. If this ever get's installed I hope i can write about a better experience.

Kelly, Juan, and Jacob did impeccable work installing our heat pump system. They worked diligently to install the system, remove our old unit, and install new electrical. They were absolute professionals. Hopefully if you are getting work done by Jetson, they can be your crew. 5 out of 5 for the installers! As for Jetson... I appreciated the ability to get an instant quote, and it turned out to be what the install would cost. I wish the communication leading up to the install was better, and someone should do a project walk through *prior* to the install to make sure there are no issues before the installers get there. It worked out for me, but I could see how that could cause problems for a different install, so people should know about that ahead of choosing Jetson.
