The Jetson team was awesome! Everything is working great and they cleaned up the entire work area.

We recently replaced our old heat pump with a Jetson Home 3‑ton cold‑climate system, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. The installation was extremely professional, and the system itself is designed to stay efficient even down to 5°F, which is a huge upgrade from standard heat pumps. One of the biggest advantages is that New York State offers rebates for cold‑climate heat pumps, and Jetson applies those rebates upfront. They also handle every step of the process — permits, electrical work, inspections — with a true white‑glove approach. Because the rebates were applied immediately and the system is cold‑climate rated, our total cost ended up being less than half of what other companies quoted us for a basic single‑stage heat pump that isn’t nearly as efficient. Jetson also performs proper sizing calculations to ensure the system matches the home’s actual heating and cooling load — something most HVAC companies surprisingly skip. Their pricing is transparent, and they never tried to upsell anything unnecessary, which was a refreshing contrast to my experience with other contractors. They completed the entire job in a single day, were careful with the house, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. John, Troy, and the rest of the crew did excellent work. Daniel and Ide were also consistently helpful and provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. Jetson’s business model is genuinely impressive. The fact that they monitor the system remotely and can detect issues before they become problems puts them miles ahead of traditional HVAC companies.

Darrian(lead) ,Jimmy and Raffa were fabulous. They plugged away in the heat of the basement and got the unit working perfectly ! All my questions were answered in a way I could understand . I now have a cool house to enjoy. Looking forward to see how the heating goes in conjunction with my new solar panels too. I’m sure it will be great… lower power bills and total comfort in my house. Jetson Home is great! Great product. Great service. Installers were on time and worked their butts off to get the job done. Would definitely recommend. If you want to spend less on gas or oil make the switch!

What a great experience. From the start of the process, Rodrigo guided us, John, did a fantastic site-survey and advised us on every detail and Ide processed the paperwork. At this point I felt confident we would be taken care of beautifully. Following that, I was even more amazed amazed at how wonderful the Jetson technicians are. Lauron, Rob and Steve arrived at 8am and left at 10pm. They were professional, informative, friendly -in short, they were truly awesome. If these 3 individuals are indicative of the quality of Jetson, then I'm truly ecstatic that I chose Jetson. I strongly recommend Jetson.
