Alex did an amazing job from the time he came in saw that a lot of work to be done but still assured me he will do it. He did clean up and washed up everything and on time. Backyard looks very clean and beautiful now. I would definitely reccomend him and have him again when I need my next service . The company was also very professional. Even though they ran a little late they did call me to update and apologize me that they will be an hour late. Thank You!

I hired this company to power wash my house and grounds following the mess left behind by the Canyon 2 fire in Orange County. Techs seemed to know what they were doing, but did tend to get a little too fast on some things and left some soot behind. Overall, they did a good job considering the amount of soot the fire bestowed upon my home.

Updated [11/3/2017] Right after Jetstream power washed my roof, my heating stopped working. Turns out that the cap on top of the furnace pipe on the roof was pushed in by mistake and the CO gas was flowing back, which triggered the furnace CO detector. This could be deadly. I let them know right away, and they promised to be back ASAP...I even bought a new cap piece by myself; they only had to go on the roof for five minutes and mount it. I didn't want to climb up because it is a 2-story house and it has clay tiles that can break. After one month of going back and forth, I got tired, went up the roof, and mounted it myself. Now, I have heating working! Disappointed though about the customer service. Plus, I had to get someone to diagnose it and bought the new cap on my own. ---------------- [Initial Service Date: 9/21/2017] They were committed to a quality outcome and has a reasonable pricing. My tile roof looks like new now!
