The contractor was prompt and very professional. He seemed very knowledgeable. The work was done well and the price was good.

Did not finish job like agreed and it took a week to get them back out. They took my equipment. They were very messy and got paint every where. very poor job and not professional.

"I have tried several times to visit the customer and see exactly what was done and what was supposed to have been taken so I can remedy the problem and make up to the customer and make sure all is ok .I have never heard from anyone and I am going to go see the customer and see if I can find them home to do what is right and good . I honestly do not know this job as we do not Paint. we are a stone restoration company."

They did a good job, but it is still not completed. Problems with faucet in tub. I was not real happy with the clean up after the job was complete. I understood that the tub and floor would be cleaned it was not. I had to clean it and some damage was done to the tub from the contractor. Some communication problem between what I understood what Mark wanted the "tile guy" to do and what he did. I will add on to this review when the faucet is installed. Hopefully it will be soon.

Jewel responded quickly to my email. Its workers arrived when they said they would and did the job. I would rate this company five stars, but the trim is a little uneven. I questioned the workers about it, and they said the uneveness was due to the angle at which they had to cut.

After another contractor tried to fix a scratch in our countertop and made things worse, Jewel Services came out and fixed it. I would defintely use them again and plan to in the future. They understand granite and how to use the polishing tools to get the appropriate results.

mark and his team done a wonderful job and in the time that he said it would happen. i had another person also look at my project and it would have cost a considerable amount more with more demolition than mark described. mark is 100% honest and i highly recommend him. great businessman.

This was an emergency fix that needed to be made and was coordinated with Mark while I was resident in another city. He was so great in keeping me updated via phone. He did a great job and would definitely use him again. Very courteous. He did what he said he would for a very fair price!
