He was quick to respond and able to come same day on a Sunday evening to service our broken dryer. Unfortunately, it needed a different part than originally thought so he came back the next morning to finish the repair. Appreciated his willingness to get it running again asap and his experienced recommendation to fix vs replace the dryer.

J Appliance was incredibly helpful to me in fixing my washing machine. Jeylani was thorough, communicative, knowledgeable, persistent and kind. He diagnosed the problem, found the part, installed it and warranted his work for 90 days. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

He came the day we called and on time. Our problem was solved promptly.

Called J in the morning to repair our Maytag washing machine. He responded very quickly to our call. He was able to come and had our machine working in no time. I would highly recommend him and will call him again if repairs are needed.

J was very prompt to reply back to me for the job. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed my washing machines issue. He left my house to get the part to replace and I thought he’d return within an hour to install. Three hours later he texted me to let me know that he got stuck at another job that he was also working on. We then arranged a time for him to return the next day to finish the fix, which he did quickly. My only take away is to make sure that you are very clear with his work load that day and very clear with his plan after he diagnosis your appliances problems. Don’t get stuck waiting at home like I did. I think part of this was me not asking him the right questions before he left my place. Other than that, I’d feel comfortable hiring him again.

Came out within an hour and fixed my dryer less then an hour. Very reasonable price.

He was here right on time. Found the problem right away and gave me a quick quote. Explained what he was going to do and even cleaned out all the extra lint inside the dryer. He had it fixed in about an hour and showed me what he did that it was working. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend J Appliance Repair to anyone who needs appliances serviced. He spent alot of time troubleshooting the problem. When he found it, the damaged hose was no longer in stock anywhere as the dishwasher was so old. He then spent alot of time and found a generic hose that did work. He wanted to get the project done quickly. He cleaned up qell. Price reasonable. I would use him again and recommend him to others.
