Has been over two weeks and dryer heating element has not been fixed yet. Communication is awful. Never called saying when they would arrive to fix dryer. The two times they did call and scheduled a time for me to be home, they did not show up. Stupidly I wrote them a check for the part. They managed to cash check, but dryer is still not fixed after 2 weeks! Not very happy. Don't use this company.

they arrived earlier than expected. i was told they took all credit cards, however, the service tech told me they only accepted cash or check. this could have been a problem if i didn't have money to cover the check. UPDATE: the oven they supposedly fixed only worked three times over a one month period. i attempted to call them but they have disappeared off the face of the earth.

2/13/10 gave check to repairman for dryer part that he said he would be able to install 2/17 or 2/18. Did not hear from him so I called on 2/23 and was told that he was coming to my house that evening. He did not come. I called back on 2/25 and was told he would come on 2/26. He did not come. I called back on 2/26 and was told he would come Sat. 2/27. He did not come. I called back 2/27 evening and was told he would come to my house between 11 & 1 today (Sunday). It is now 8 pm & he has not called back or came to my house.
