They were hired after another company took 3 days and couldn't get the job done. They were very quick to get someone out at my house (about an hour and a half for someone to arrive). They completed the job in less than an hour. I was very happy with their professionalism and quality of service. I would recommend them to others

THIS IS REGARDING CUSTOMER CARE. I was not told what my warranty was, how to register my warranty, my water came on cold within 2 days, and the plate at the bottom of the heater was not put back in place when the heater was installed. I went to the location to register the heater but there was no information on parts and labor warranty for how long the warranty covered the heater. I was given one receipt for payment not for the full amount on the day I paid. I was told my contractor was my receipt which is incorrect. BETTER CUSTOMER CARE TRAINING IS NEEDED FOR THE WORKERS.

They came out with an hour for an emergency call to my house at 10pm at night, they stopped both leaks but they were was able to complete all of the work that was needed that night, but they were timely and diligent in completely it the next day.

Jiffy was very responsive to my request. I called them at 8 a.m. and they had a plumber to my apartment by 11 a.m. The plumber was very friendly and explained everything that needed to be done to fix my toilet. It took him about 15 mins. to repair. The price was reasonable for the work done and the convenience of not having to do the work myself. I highly recommend Jiffy Plumbing and Heating.

The technician was very professional, however he was two hours late. I called the company twice and was only told the technician was on his way. There was no follow-up to say the technician was running late. The dispatch desk was well mannered and professional, however, they didnt keep the customer informed when there was a delay.
