UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!! Took my dryer apart, took half of the payment and lied for 3 weeks about coming back to fix it. I had to go through another company and spend more money to get my dryer fixed. This company also goes by the name Appliance Solutions Squad of Southeast Texas. Please donâ t let them screw you too!

Kevin was polite but he kept telling me he would come but he did not come, He came twice and the washing machine is not fixed, it has been three weeks, I paid in full, I would not recommend him to anyone.

He called and gave an appointment time, when he arrived and checked the freezer (ice) maker , he knew exactly what the problem was. Gave us an approximate bid for the work needed. And he fixed the problem
