Time to tell my story. I have been in the carpentry / remodeling trade for over 15 years now. I am a general contractor that does most of all of our work and we are a family owned business. We are fully Licensed, Bonded, & Insured. Most of our jobs are through an online service, called Service Magic. They find us job leads and send them to us. Our other customers are repeat customers or refferals from exsisitng customers

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Had them do some renovations around the house . It did take a little longer than expected, but that means they didn't rush. The only suggestion I would have is that they pay better attention to cleanup after construction.

Jim provided an incredible upgrade to our bathroom. His creativity and expertise can't be compared. He completed the project on time and under budget. He also upgraded our kitchen with perfection. He will be working on other upgrades to our home. You will feel confident in his abilities to provide what you are looking for. He goes beyond what is expected when upgrading your home.

Project went over budget and over time as quoted, workmanship not as professional as lead to believe. We'll finish up the details on our own. Nice family, but needs help in the craftsmanship and detail work area.

"It's impossible to go over bugdet with a set price and a signed contract. When a customer adds or changes things then you pay to have those changes or upgrades done and that is what happpened in this situation. Our workmanship and quality of work is very hard to beat. These are the type of people in which no one could ever be as good as them, and we could have done the job for free and they would still be unhappy. These customers loved the project, paid us,and then weeks and weeks later decided that they were not so happy. In our expierence we take all kinds of customers...we take the bad ones with a lot of good ones!"

Jim responded quickly to my inquiry, came up with an estimate and when we made additional requests, he re-figured the estimate and it was accepted. He (and his helper Doug) did an outstanding job and I would not hesitate to request his talents again. You can't go wrong.

WOW!!! THE BATHROOM TURNED OUT BETTER THAN EXPECTED. THE INITIAL PROJECT CHANGED AS THE REMODELING WENT ON. AFTER THE INITIAL FIGURING OF THE DETAILS AND THE EXPENSES JAMES DID NOT ALTER HIS PRICE WITH THE COMPLICATIONS OF THE BATH. THE CONTRACTORS WERE COURTIOUS AND CLEAN. THEY CAME BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER FOR SOME TOUCH UP WORK. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECCOMEND THEM

First, I had Jim Bisgrove install a glass screne door, which he did a fabulous job. Second, he built me from scratch a fire place mantel, which is just gorgeous. I will definitely be calling him back for more work. Jim and his wife are great people to work with! Thank you for the wonderful work!

He came out to the house the same day I called which was fantastic. He also called later that evening to make sure everything looked great with the door. Jim also mentioned his other services which I may use in the future.

Hello, Jim responded to our request through sevice magic in a matter of minutes. He was very quick to his response and explain everything very well. We needed a 10x10 deck built for a hot tub. He did great work and a good job with cleaning up. Would use him again if needed. Everyone he works with is also so nice and helpful. Overall the drink rails work out the best!

He was fun to work with and he did a beautiful job on my deck. He was the first to understand what I wanted and if I had a problem with something about the deck he was always willing to work with me to solve it. I would recommend him to everyone who need work done.
