Metal Roofing Installation and Replacement

Worked in a timely manner, however, I am not impressed with the overall look of the roof, as it had a large sway.

Mr. Blackwell was hired to build a deck & privacy fence. He was shown pictures and told repeatedly that what he was proceeding with was not what I requested and not what I had shown him in photo's. I am a single parent and no male figure here to demand that I get what I asked for, therefore when the job was done. I had a shabby job, with uneven steps and gaps in the kick plates, and a fence that now is leaning and swaying in the breeze. I can proceed to mention a lot more things that are not correct, but enough said. If you are a single woman DO NOT HIRE this man or his company. You will be taken advantage of.

Jim Blackwell Construction did a great job repairing, replacing and painting our exterior siding. He also installed new vinyl plank flooring along with other interior repairs. We are very happy with the quality of work and competitive pricing. I would highly recommend Jim and his team!

I explored my options with different companies to see what each company was going to do for me. This companies price was good and I felt comfortable with the professional. The professional finished the work when he was suppose to, and did what he said he was going to do. I was very pleased with the work that was done.
