Jim Hageman Roofing

I hired him to tear off ridge and install new 8 inch ridge on my roof, my issue is the material used was faulty and falling apart. I contact him in feb 2019 he stated it was faulty and would repair. He came back, took care of the issue to my satisfaction and now we are all good.

I paid 600 dollars for 45 minutes of work .worker wanted to knock out some bricks to let water drain it drained without the bricks being knocked out.Worker did not even have a broom had to use mine.

This was my first time getting a reroof so I had my reservations with such an important decision for my home! Jim and his team were fair and honest. I had a TON of questions about my roof and it was very clear Jim has been doing this for years. He always returned my calls and even made multiple visits to my house when questions came up.

This man and his company we’re amazing. First of all our house is a Victorian and has a very steep roof. It had 3 layers of past roofs that needed to be removed before even starting the job. Jim and his crew were polite and always on time never taking a days break throughout the job. The coordination of dump runs and the new materials seemed to be flawless passing each other in either direction. Jim was always a pleasure to deal with, we actually miss him and his contagious personality making the job fun. They were done from quote to cleanup in 6 days! We are extremely happy with this company and would not even bother getting a quote from another company in the future. S&M

Jim and his team did a great job removing our old shakes and shingles and installing a new asphalt roof. He explained the entire re-roofing process and what to expect with such an old roof. His crew on the job worked diligently and completed the installation as planned. Overall, great job and great service worthy of recommendation.

Jim is a very pleasant and helpful person. He was very patient to answer all my questions . He did a wonderful job replacing roof of my fourplex.. I am very happy with his work.

Jim is a very helpful and patient person and took him time to answers to all our concerns and questions. We had some electrical work also done to the house and he came back after the electrician left to make sure the electrical work met with the roofing requirements and did some free work to make things correct. Very dependable and reliable person. Very hard to find someone like him these days.

I am so pleased with their professionalism. They were always on time. They paid attention to detail. I felt they knew what they were doing and they went right in and completed the work in a timely fashion. The workers were top notch and they cleaned up after themselves. I can't say enough for this company.

He did not finish the job and i have been calling and he reluctantly say he isbusy. As if finishing a job that he got paid in full is not his responsibilty . I would like to know how Homesdvisor approach this matter. I called two times and told them about it
