Jim is a terrific contractor. He showed up right on time and did an excellent job at a very fair price. One of my old window air conditioners was very tricky to remove and the installation job for its replacement required more time and materials than usual. Jim supplied both and did everything required to make the new installation secure and looking good. He and his partner cleaned up the work site, removed all debris, and were very pleasant and efficient throughout the job. I cannot recommend more highly>

James did an excellent job when we hired him through our HOA to paint the exterior of our three story building. He gave us a good price and finished the job quickly. The paint job looks great. He even filled in some cracks in our bricks for no added cost. All of our HOA members are happy with the work. Came over promptly. Gave us a reasonable price. Did great work in painting our kitchen. We have a knick-knack shelf on one wall. Advised that he would careful take it down. Jim painted the wall and put it back up perfectly.

This is actually a very good review for me. The project was a little more extensive than the specifics in the drop down list. James painted not only the wood portion of my front porch but also the Iron Railing on the porch and the iron railing above the porch. He also painted the fascia around the porch roof. Everything was done within the agreement and in a very timely manner.
