The team did a great job on the initial job of replacing a hose bib to a frost free hose bib that I asked them back to replace a broken pipe and old cheap plumbing with all new PEX to future proof some potential problems.

I felt like I was taken advantage of and I was charged double of what the job was worth.

Mike was great. I was very anxious about addressing some leaks, and Mike reassured me that he could correct it. He and his helper Lindsay arrived on time to replace a faucet and supply line; they ended up replacing a shutoff valve as well. Mike also checked a couple of other small repairs I had done myself. I would recommend Jim Olson Plumbing, and would hire them again.

I hired Jim Olsen plumbing to install my sub pump. I was impressed with Mike’s professionalism I hired them to install 3 toilets. Further Mike and his father Jim also did additional plumbing work to repair a back flow issue. They’re great, they’re knowledgeable and they truly care about the customer’s satisfaction. If you need a plumber, call them first.
