Jim is a great person and a high-quality professional. A home inspection is a very difficult process if you are selling a home. The seller experiences a great amount of concern about the outcome and the effects on the sale of their home. Our experience with Jim was exceptional. He made the sellers feel comfortable and explained that he is not doing any more than pointing deficiencies that need to be rectified when required. He also complemented the sellers on the cleanliness and pride of ownership they exhibited in the home. In our case the home was in good condition but did have some deficiencies which the sellers accepted due to the way Jim explained everything. He treated the sellers with respect and the process ended with everyone concerned being quite happy. The inspection was thorough and highlighted everything that should be attended to.

Jim performed a very thorough and complete inspection. He explained findings as he proceeded from room to room. A very detailed report was issued upon completion including photos. We certainly will refer him to friends and family.

Jim did our home inspection in October 2021. He came to us on recommendation from friends who recently purchased a home and HIGHLY recommended him. We paid for a home inspection, as well as a pipe inspection where we put in a camera in the pipes that lead to the street as well as drone inspection. We was prompt and arrived early and found EVERYTHING! We highly recommend Jim because we was super thorough and also recommended what we can fix on our own, what we needed to watch for but did not fix immediately and what needed to be handled ASAP. Luckily our house needed minimal repair but Jim was so thorough with his long inspection report that covered everything. We received it quickly which allowed for one more thing to check off our home buying list. We highly recommend adding the addition of drone and pipe inspection. We found out that the pipes to the street were so scaled that he could not get to the street, so we asked the seller to have the pipes cleaned. We are so thankful for his thoroughness. We are first time homebuyers that didn't know what we were looking for, we even brought my father who was a general contractor to help us understand what we should be looking for and Jim was 15 steps ahead of him. If you want a reasonably priced THOROUGH inspector, get Jim ASAP. Thank you Jim for helping us have a successful home buying experience. Cannot wait to work with you on any future purchases.

Jim is like a tenacious bloodhound. He sniffed out every in perfection in that house possible I got to the site early and he was already there working the outside. I wish my daughter had an inspector like him when she bought her house. She had an incompetent and bad contractor, and it wound up costing her thousands. I will recommend him at a heartbeat because he is amazing.

Jim followed up with me and my husband, Ray, and actually came to our home to make sure we had all the correct paperwork. He is a **says it as he sees it** inspector, not biased towards anyone in the real estate business! He is working for you and he does an absolutely fabulous job at it! No fancy drones, no... He uses a ladder and goes into the structure! It is a very rare thing nowadays to find a man of such integrity! A must use! He drove all the way up to my house to make things easier on me, not many people would do that, especially after they got your check!

Jim is the most through Conscientious, hardest working man for your inspection! I grew up with famil in the trade, and Jim let me see everything and explained the whole way through his inspection, I thought I made a good good choice, though I knew I would have to replace the windows, well, did he open my eyes, water rot! Bad Grade, too small an A/c unit, which explained the window ac unit in the huge ceiling Master Bedroom! I have never had an inspection like his! He tells it like he sees it, and compared to the guys with the drones, infrared! Cameras, etc..... He puts them to shame! He walked and went into every nook and crannies, but real structural inspection! Your are crazy Not To have him to be the inspector for the most expensive thing that you will be doing in your life!!!! He gave me an honest and totally in formed decision, my husband and I decided not to take the â bargainâ house, as beautiful as it looked, Structurally it was rattling and rotten to its core! Whew saved us from making a more than ½ a million dollar mistake! Your crazy not to use him! He spent at least 5 hours going from the outside in!

Jim did such a great job. He is very thorough, honest, and provides you with all the information you need to make an informed decision. He answered any and all questions i had while making sure i understood. I decided not to go with the home we saw today. I will definitely be reaching out JIm for the next one! Highly recommend!

Mr Roeseâ s work was very thorough and professional. He sat and explained everything he was going to do and then when he was finished he reviewed it again with us. Mr. Roese was on time and because it was going to rain he requested to come earlier to beat the weather. This was so he can get more accurate information. He was pleasant and respectful. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.

Jim is a professional. He arrived early, inspected the exterior and was prepared to show me his observations.
