Jim is a professional contractor who I would hire again. I had called Jim to fix a problem with my cast iron boiler and to perform some general clean-up/maintenance. Even though the problem took 3 visits to resolve (one for diagnosing, one for fixing after procuring the necessary parts, and a last visit to fix what was probably a loose wiring correction) Jim performed the work with professionalism. He was responsive, courteous, and neat. His price was fair and he provided reasonable estimates. I would recommend Jim to anyone seeking boiler repair service.

Jim did a fine job,not only with his work on my AC, but he also contacted the manufacturer and helped me get the parts that were under warranty. I also thought that Jim was fair with his pricing.
