Jim was prompt, knew exactly what was wrong & agreed to fix it. I thought $150.00 to fix it,which is the same price to install a new one, was quite high but he guarantees it for a year & it doesn't leak anymore. He is very nice & we would call him again if needed.

Jim arrived on time and was very professional. I consider myself to be a "handyman", but sometimes you need a pro to take care of things that might be out of your comfort zone, and I'm glad I did. Had everything he needed to do the job right in his van. And cleaned up everything when he was finished. I would definitely hire him again in the future if I need a professional.

Jim was responsive, on time and didn t try to keep working on an issue that needed a new fixture. He provided insight into the best options and even offered to come back out to help install, if needed. Although my issue couldn t be repaired, he handled it with integrity and I would definitely use his business again.
