"She never paid and wouldn't allow the work to be completed. We discussed what the project included both by email and phone, she agreed to the price, when it came time to be paid she decided she wanted to do something different. Ashlee was under a time constraint. I told her that we could get some guys out to do the work but it would have to be over the weekend and it was going to cost extra. After she wasn't prepared to have the work completed it was past her intended completion date anyway. Due to that she now had another option that was cheaper and didn't want us to complete the work."
