I did not meet Jimmy, but my wife said he was very professional, had really advanced equipment and completely resolved our blockage. He took care of our problem within 12 hours of our request. Other plumbers were making us wait for 3 to 5 days. Jimmy specializes in drain blockage and not repair or renovation and is readily available. This is a great concept. It is like a sub-specialist in medicine who only does one type of surgery. Thank You Jimmy.

Was able to unplug a kitchen drain using hydro pressure system. I can't put in words how pleased I was to see this method used to open this drain. Other methods including snaking had failed. This method restored my drain to like new condition.

The main waste drain leading to the sewer system was blocked. I dumped two containers of drain cleaner down the drain but the drain remained blocked. At this point I knew I needed a pro. I called Home Advisor and was connected to Jimmy's Drain and Sewer Service. Jimmy told me he was finishing up on a job and he would call me as soon as he finished. Jimmy arrived shortly afterwards and immediately tackled the stubborn blockage. Jimmy had all of the right equipment to take care of the job. Thank You Jimmy for coming so promptly to take care of this emergency.

He was fast and unstopped the clog. The only thing bad was I had to call him and ask when he would be there. He said my husband canceled appointment. I dont have a husband soooooo he was really late in getting there when he stated he would be there.

Charged 400.00 dollars for one visit, to unclog drain in bathroom. After a week the same problem so we called him. He said he doesn't guarantee his work, because it could be he will have to come back out to correct problem with drain....blah blah blah, so we told him to leave our property and we call rotar-rooter....just a regular family with an elderly father of 95, who's drain was clogged. "The drain was flowing when we left. When your Uncle called a week later, he was told there may be a problem with the structure of the drain pipe since another clog happened a week later and that the pipe would need to be inspected to find out what and where the problem was.To correct the drain problem would mean that the drain pipe would possibly be dug up and replaced. Do not know anyone who would go back out and do that without charging. As far as being told to leave the property, how do you do that when your Uncle called on the phone about the second time the system was clogged a week later. We were only on your property the one time when the drain was unclogged and you were very happy with the drain being unclogged. Also, when we were out there the one time, we were told that personal hygiene wipes were being flushed down. Just because a manufacturer states an item is flushable doesn't mean it is safe to go in your system."

I had to call the company again to finally get some service and he was late arriving for that service call. He did fix the problem very well. Unfortunately, he left a mess behind and charged me $260 for the hour or less that it took to fix the problem

I had my kitchen sink cleared in less than 3 hours from the time I first contacted Home Advisor. It was amazing - as soon as the software said they contacted Jimmy for me I got a call from Jimmy.
