BE AWARE!!! They installed a brand new unit in 2017, the evaporator coils need to be replaced under warranty until 2027. After calling them, they told me they need to verify that was the problem (ok that fine), but told me can not go 8 days from the call in a hot July, (that was really strange .. but they did not give another option) then when I agreed, they said sorry can not do either and added two more days, I agreed to 11 days to go and see the unit, then said sorry we are not going to take care of the warranty, call someone else, so this is a perfect example of BREACH OF CONTRACT. Do yourself a favor, make sure to STAY AWAY from these people and dont buy any new units from them, THEIR WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS.

The appointment was at 1:00 PM. The friendly service tech showed up promptly at 1:00 .He explained the problem, did the repair, checked it to make sure it worked properly, and was on his way.

Jimmy quoted my job, completed the installation of a 3 head "split" HVAC system and was under budget. The workmanship was great. And, all was complete in 2 days.
