He came out quickly, and was very knowledgable. Knew what to do, and had the part in his truck, so was able to get it done on the spot.

I was very pleased with the service. I was amazed at the amount of dryer lint INSIDE of the dryer unit and motor. ven though I clean out the lint screen ALWAYS I just couldnt beleve it. Also I never leave the house with any appliance on.

Levi at Lebarchrigen was really helpful. He arrived the same day, fixed the problem and recommended a great vent cleaner for my dryer vent (that had been part of the problem.). When my dryer went on the blink a couple days later (I hadn't had the vent cleaned yet...my bad) he came right back and fixed it again.

The manager was very pleasant on the phone and scheduling was a good experience. However, the follow up has been horrible. They came for the original appointment just when they said they would. They "fixed" the refrigerator but did not address the dishwasher. Said he had to order a part and would be back in 3 days. Well a week and a half later they still have not showed up, the refrigerator stopped working again 3 days after the first visit and no one is returning my phone calls.
