Josh contacted me on a Sunday evening to set up an appointment for an estimate the next day, which turned out to be the lowest of the four I got. While the three large companies wanted to replace the ductwork under my house for $6,000 and added on electrical expenses, for up to and over twice the price of Josh's estimate, Josh repaired and re-insulated my ductwork and didn't require additional electrical wiring. I replaced my 1980s HVAC system with a heat pump and hybrid gas furnace and was pleased with the work and quick time for installation. I also prefer working with a family-owned business over large companies with a lot of overhead expenses.

They were able to get us scheduled quickly. They did the work quoted and supplied the equipment they quoted and the system works well.

Josh showed up on time. Installed the ductless system, cleaned up the mess and was done in 4 hrs. A perfect job!

I would not hire them again even though I tried. The first part of the job went very well. Then he told me my ducts needed replacing. I set that up for mid May. Less than a week before he was to do the job he cancelled with a good reason, I believed at the time. He said heâ  d be in contact in about two weeks. Over 3 weeks later I contacted him and he put me off. Them about 3 more weeks later and he had another excuse. Havenâ  t heard from him since.

Asked for information about AC. Josh came out on Sunday and we discussed options. Then gave me a based price and option upgrades and price. Install same week.

Came out and fixed the problem.

Josh and his team were professional and did a great job installing our heating and cooling systems.

From the very beginning, communication was prompt and good. Installer arrived on time, looked at the work and gave me an estimated time of completion. He did quality work and explained everything to me. There was one thing that couldn't be completed that day due to a part needing to be ordered, but they took care of it and came right out and finished the job once the part was in hand. I would recommend Jim's over other 'larger' HVAC companies in the area as they tend to upsell you on things they say you need when you really don't.

Courteous, on-time, responds to questions, friendly work crew and did a fast clean job! Very Professional. I strongly recommend their services for furnace and duct replacement.

I asked for 4 estimates from 4 different companies. During that process, Josh of Jim's Air Service always answered my questions promptly. I liked working with him and the price offered. The installers were on time, knowledgeable, good natured and respectful of me and my home. Sometimes, as a woman dealing with vendors, I feel that they give me the "old lady's" price and explanations because they think I won't know any better. And sometimes I don't know. But I never felt that the staff at Jim's Air Service was condescending , patronizing or willing to con me. They always treated me as a valued client. I feel I received a great product at a great price. I highly recommend!
