    While the service was completed and appears to be done correctly, were quite perplexed and uncomfortable with the customer service experience. We sought a quote, and were considering it still when the tech text he was on the way. We did not confirm them to come out. We said yes to just get this resolved but the estimate was more than other providers. Upon arrival, the tech did not wear a mask, and pushed his way into the home when the door was opened which made my partner uncomfortable as the person who answered the door. The tech noted he had to order a part and come back, which was expected. I paid for that day, and the tech told me I had a nice home and asked what I do for a living. Super odd and not appropriate, lacks tact. Also went on an anti-mask rant and said some incredibly false things about mask wearing that science easily refutes. Anyway, onto the second visit. The tech tried to enter the house without knocking upon arrival. He asked to use the restroom, totally okay, but then he did not wash his hands. He again did not wear a mask or offer to wear one. While he is good at repairs, there are some cost, personality and customer service concerns that exist that would prevent me from recommending him.

    I would have worn a mask if they asked me and did not force my way in upon coming to the home. I knocked as for washing my hands after going to the bathroom the homeowner definitely has a phobia if they are listening to whether I wash my hands. I was working in their garage so I don't need a mask since I was nowhere near the customer. As for going into a rant about the masks, I do not recall making any comments in that regard. As for complimenting them on their home or asking questions about what he did for a living, I have never had a customer who has considering asking those questions as odd.

    Jim was very speedy and clearly knew what he was doing. I had a repair person who came over before this a few months ago to fix the washer. It broke again almost right away and still had trouble draining. I am on laundry load #5 right now with heavy towels and no issues. Jim saved my older washer and got replacement parts ordered, arrived and installed in less than two days.
