Showed up early; got the job done efficiently (small driveway repaving). Jim's team was professional and clearly happy working and working together. Highly recommend them to others.

I made a terrible mistake by taking Jim up on his offer at less than his quote because they had just finished a project in the area and had leftover sealant. As far as I know, he had not even seen my driveway. The crew showed up and performed a 40-minute job as the first seal, When I came out to see how it was going, the crew was already packing up. I noticed they left large margins on both sides and I requested they spray to the edges. They proceeded to lean over the top of a stone wall and sprayed tar on the bottom of the wall and drip over the top. I sent Jim photos and he agreed it was a bad job and tore up the check and offered to clean the wall. After indicating twice he would come by to clean the wall, he was a no show/no call. There are runs in sealant and after two weeks a spot in the middle that will likely never set. I have started cleaning the rocks myself with solvent but it is a difficult process. My advice to not to use Jim and not hire an asphalt crew without the owner being present.

I found Mr. Gorman to be very professional, courteous and efficient but most of all I found him to be a honest man who takes pride in his work. His crew were polite and meticulous. If you want to see the worst paving job, the lack of striping, the poor quality and poor customer service, hire this company. If you want to see the unbelievably worst job ever, come to the (redacted address) Plano and you can view it for yourself.

Great crew that went above and beyond! Huge driveway around a lot of trees and it turned out great. I have a few spots that need a bit more gravel, which Jim said would be taken care of. Very happy with the results. No more mud!

Jim is very professional and thoughtful. Gave a 2 yr warranty on the driveway job which looks absolutely wonderful. Would recomend.

James came to my door to make me a deal on placing a chip seal on my existing asphalt driveway. I was very clear as to my concerns with drainage and experiences to which he assured me that his work would hold up and gave me 1 year warranty as is typical in the industry, committing to fixing it if it did not. The driveway began rutting and failing in several areas and I notified James with pictures well before the 1-year period was expired he did respond, and we emailed for some time before he went radio silent and I never heard from him again. Being an executive in the commercial construction industry I am very disappointed in the lack of follow through and commitment to workmanship and warranty that was promised. The initial work was good, but the warranty and commitment to make corrections was a failure.

Owner is really friendly. Employees even more friendly. They were fast and did a good job. Great pricing.

Jim the owner called me back the minute I posted an inquiry online. He came out within a few hours and gave me an estimate which was remarkably reasonable. In fact he charged me less than going rate due to his already doing work in the neighborhood. The work was performed the very next day. The workmen were experienced and worked quickly. The finished job looks professional and I am extremely happy with it. I definitely recommend this company.

This business is a JOKE!!! They gladly take your money all the while giving you a horrible outcome on the finished product. I paid this business a lot of money to come out and install an asphalt driveway. Within the first month it was falling apart. It took me calling over and over again and finally after weeks of leaving messages he finally called back to schedule his men to come out and look at the driveway which they never showed up or even gave me a call saying they wouldn't be coming out. So I had to call Jim back again! And again after a few weeks later I finally got a hold of him on a phone number that he didn't recognize because he was screening my phone calls on my personal phone. When he finally broke down and had his guys come out to fix the driveway they did it on a rainy day and half way did it again! Less than a week later I was back to square one with a driveway that is falling apart and cracks the size of the grand canyon! So again I called Jim out on his finished product and he told me that there is nothing he can do because the driveway just needs to be properly cleaned patched and sealed and that he doesn't do that. I told him that it clearly states that he does all of those thing on his website. Needless to say he should have done the right thing in the first place on done the job right the first time. If I was in his line of work I would want to do that. That way you don't have to have all your customers complaining and calling you to come back but I guess this company is in it for a quick buck and doesn't want to look out for the customer. Businesses and homeowners beware!! This business is only in it for themselves and not for the customer.
