Do not hire will take your money and run

We hired Jim back in February to replace our pool liner. There is a special place for people like Jim. He came and took our deposit to pay for the liner ($1,750). It would be one thing to take our money and run, but he came back to measure the pool. Our liner was in need of replacement, but it also could have gone another season. When Jim measured the pool he proceeded to cut our current liner to shreds to ?get the most accurate measurements.? Our pool was then unusable. Long story short, we spent the whole spring with him leading us on saying he was coming to install it ?tomorrow? or ?early next week?. He never showed. I am currently in dental school away from home and it was the worst possible time to have someone screw us over for a couple thousand dollars. Thanks Jim, class act. Fortunately my brother is a lawyer and we are in the process of filing court paperwork for the theft of money and the damage of our old liner.

I hired them to do the work back in March and he told me he needed half of the project down which was $2,200 after I gave him the deposit he hasn't come back to do any of the work all he does is give me excuses.

Terrible communication, half ass work quality...

Do not pay in advance until the man does the work because once he gets your money he does not return your calls and does not follow through with the agreement.

Don't Do It.

Very unprofessional. Never returned calls. Repeatedly stalled and would tell us that he had an appointment scheduled and wouldn't show up. Also, no call to let us know. When he said he would give us a refund he didn't.

Skipped appointments and never followed up to phone calls.

There was no follow up with the company. They took a down payment and never showed up to do the work.

He was several hours late. Apt for 9am. He called at 11 for directions. We have an in ground salt water pool installed 6 yrs ago. Never had any issues with others opening it. Said he had 30 yrs experience but seemed to not know how the pool works. Put the basket in backwards then it was difficult to get out. Pool was very dirty two days later. Others have cleaned. Will not use him again

No follow through.

Jim was very professional, honest and did a great job in inspecting and closing my soon to be new home. Also, inspected the hot tub. The current owner did not tell us there was a problem but Jim found it was a circulation pump issue. Good man and easy to talk to.

Took 4 appts. to get him here. He is not good at keeping appts

He. s supposed to be here by 9. Last week he said he was late getting things done due to the rain. I was told I was the first on his list today. I also have things that I need to do.

Jim was excellent and did phenomenal work!

Jim did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with the level of service he provided!
