Remarkable professional who went above and beyond for us. His response time was immediate and the problem was fixed. We will only call Jim's Service for any of our plumbing needs and have told all of our friends and family that they should do the same. He is incredibly honest and that is hard to come by these days. Had an overall good experience with this vendor. He showed up when he said he would, was professional while he was in my home, fixed a cracked pipe in my house, cleaned up his mess when he was done, and followed up with me to make sure everything was ok. There are two reasons I gave him 4 stars instead of 5. One, he called my home pretty early in the morning approx. 7 am (this was'nt a biggie as I was getting ready for work anyway). Two, the bill. I did'nt have any idea what to expect until the job was all over, and at that point I basically had to pay what he asked. It was a bit higher than I expected.
