Jim's Spa and Pool Service

It started out that Jim was a very nice man & seemed like he knew what he was talking about. We had some trouble with things taking a lot longer than it was suppose to throughout the project (3 weeks turning into about 2 months) but, we remained patient because he kept telling us that it was the liner not being done yet that was the holdup. It finally got finished but we quickly found that after paying for the job there was a major leak. Jim did come back a couple of times but never found the leak. I found it myself & when we let him know the problem we never heard from him again. We had to pay another contractor to come fix it.

Jim and his guys definitely knew their stuff. Upon arriving, they finished draining the pool and had the old liner off within 45 minutes. They raked and wet the sand so we would have a smooth bottom and recommended replacing the plastic parts that hold the liner in place since they were brittle. Our pool liner looks great and I recommend having a pro do it rather than trying it yourself. The cost is worth it for the time saved and knowing it is done right.

Jim Miller provided us with outstanding service in every way. I can't tell you how pleased we are with the excelptional job he did for us. We hired him to replace a pool liner that had deep wrinkles from the time it was installed several years ago. We now have an absolutely beautiful pool without a single wrinkle. Seriously, it looks better now than when the pool was brand new. In addition, he is the nicest man you would ever want to work with, a true perfectionist. He was very punctual (showed up on time every time) and his price was half what we were quoted by the company who installed our pool originally. He is FANTASTIC!!!!

Prompt, and hard working. Did the whole project in less than 4 hrs. Cleaned up, put away tarps and water boxes, much more than I had expected. Price was very, very reasonable. Jim was friendly and knowlegable Will defininately recommend him to friends and use him again ! Thanks so much for the recommendation.

guy is awesome...and so much cheaper then buckeye spas...my hot tub is now working!!!
