Convenient but I told them I had a two story foyer so they would need scaffolding. They did not bring it and stalled the project.

Jireh company has great customer service. they response on time and quickly answer phone calls and emails. I would recommend them but its a good idea to be home when they are working it can get messy. The big part of the work was great such as putting in the tiles, toilet etc. but i do have problems with final detailing. I had to stay behind them to do it right the first time. At the end my husband had to do a lots of touch ups on the details.

Completed the request for a pro from HomeAdvisor but things got busy and I never called anyone. Elizabeth called and left a couple voicemails and emailed us asking about the work. I appreciated them reaching out. Mario came out the same day I finally responded and gave an estimate (which was about half some of the other companies I had spoken with previously) and came the following Saturday. Replaced a broken hardwood floor board, reattached/fixed attachment of a few shutters and did some caulking/repair outside. Seriously an amazing experience - we'll be hiring them again for a few more repairs (toilet replacements and the like).

Called on short notice home project and spoke with Elizabeth. Received the appointment the same day, which is remarkable since I made the initial call after 1400. Mario arrived on time and did a fantastic job on our project. I will use this company again!

Jireh removed old stain, powerwashed, and restained my deck. Work was good. There was a misunderstanding of the written estimate that was provided. I thought the written price was for credit/debit cards and/or check/cash. However, the quoted price was only for check/cash an additional 3% was added on to the written estimate for credit/debit cards transaction. Disappointed in the price since we had discussed this and I was told the written price had already factored in the 3%!

Elizabeth and Mario were very diligent. They showed up on time, assessed the project and gave me a reasonable estimate. Mario replaced two rotten boards on my deck, power washed it and stained/sealed it with a product that he recommended. I will use their services for future projects. Cheers
