the work was done well. They were on time and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. If there is any problem they advised me they would be happy to return right away to take care of it.

Very impressed with Los Gatos Roofing. They arrived on time and kept the area very clean. Very knowledgeable and communicated very well. Also worked well with our solar company. Would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Roofer was very knowledgeable about the concrete tile roofing and what may have caused the leak. Problem was that once the repair was complete, it didn't rain for a few months. When the rain resumed, there was another leak in a different part of the roof. The new leak was repaired but I wasn't billed for about six months.

Los Gatos Roofing was prompt on the initial call for an estimate. We had a small leak but asked for overall roof maintenance completed as well. We were disappointed that they wouldn't provide a guarantee for the entire roof (only guaranteed the specific leak) even though a competing contractor provided the complete roof guarantee for a similarly priced quote. When we had difficulty getting the alternate contractor to show up, we decided to go back to Los Gatos Roofing. We also had a bit of difficulty getting ahold of Los Gatos Roofing but once we got their rep, they were very quick and very courteous. Overall pricing was higher than we expected but in line with other bids. Quality seems good.
