Jody is extremely dependable! He always gives me a heads up of when he's going to be there and how late he will need to stay. He does a good job of evaluating what I need to have done and executing his vision. He's gone above and beyond and always asks me if there is any work that needs to be done. He reminds me to let me put my grass out for pick up and if he sees something else I need done, he'll let me know when he's available to come by and fix the issue. Anytime he has been unavailable because of vacation or being sick he's made sure I'm lined up with someone else.
