Good job on the projects for which Jkva LLC was hired. A bit expensive for the work done but I could not do it on my own and did not shop around so can not really comment on overall value.

The only reason why I have not given him 4 stars is because after he was paid he would not respond to me when I asked for a W-9. None of our emails or texts were returned. Sad, because he does good work.

He also did drywall repair and painting. He was very thorough--finding some mold behind trim work and removing it before reinstalling. He also communicated with me since the job was going to take longer than originally expected.

Jason knew exactly what he was doing. He also took the time to explain an electrical issue that's outside of my wheelhouse ( I work in healthcare at St Mary's Hospital ). He called to let me know he was on his way. He also disposed of my old unit for no additional charge. Very professional, excellent work ethic and an all around nice guy.
