Jacques and his team did a great job replacing my back deck. Incredibly user friendly, and very willing to work with me. I’m a long distance landlord, and he even went as far as to open up new payment options to allow me to fund the project online. The finished product was substantially better than the original, and I’d happily recommend Precision Home Improvement to anyone.

I really enjoyed this crew. Jacques was very knowledgeable on deck building and repair and he listened to my ideas and gave me great feedback on what needed to happen. My one concern was to ensure that my deck was 100% sturdy and Jacques and his crew accomplished that. They were on time everyday and the job was completed ahead of schedule even with a day of rain. I would definitely recommend this team for future jobs. Thanks for your hard work!

Jacques and his crew did fantastic, top quality work on my new deck back in 12/16. We asked the deck be large, strong, and basically self-supporting. All were accomplished. The guys worked through miserable freezing weather late into the evening. Dedicated and excellent carpenters. I'd refer them to everyone

I had a crack in my ceiling drywall from stepping through in the attic. These gentlemen quickly gave me a day and time to come out and requested pictures beforehand to give me a fast quote. I called on a late Thursday and they were here on Saturday morning. My ceiling was also textured with popcorn, which can be difficult to work with. These gentlemen came with all the proper equipment and even did a few smaller repairs to my tray ceiling for a small additional cost. They put up plastic and covered all of my furniture in my living room, as well as covered the floor. Mr. Lombard walked me through all the steps of what he was going to do and how long the work was going to take. He was also very personable and easy to talk to. The work was completed in four hours, as the mudding has to dry. Work was completed and my popcorn tray ceiling looks like nothing was ever there! They even answered my questions about squeaky floors and a patio door I was getting installed. I would absolutely hire Mr. Lombard and his team again to do any work I need around the home. Thanks!

I wanted my old, round 70s porch pillars replaced with real wood I could stain. The supplies were delivered a day later and the project was completed very quickly - actually faster than I expected. My calls were answered immediately and the work is perfect! Exactly what I wanted! Im keeping these guys on speed dial!

Despite trouble removing some of the deck boards, Jacques men managed to get them done. It took awhile longer than anticipated since screws could not be removed without breaking or stripping, but Jacques workers put in the effort to cut them without damaging good deck planks. Even though the efforts required to make the repairs were more than anticipated, Precision Home Improvement stuck to their original quote! I'd highly recommend Precision Home Improvement to anyone looking for new construction, repairs or updating of any home improvement !

I am a senior citizen. Some of work ok. Very poor contract and 2 week project took 6 wks. Bottom line appts not always kept. Tired of being laughed at. Not my first remodel project. I do understand weather delays. But no other contractor been as casual nor always with excuse why something not finished. Quality of materials below average except for a few show items. Always made me feel as though my project was done when a few hours between other jobs available. Total paid in full. $13,050.00.

"I would like to defend my work and address the issues you had with the job. In terms of the amount of time the project was scheduled to take, I said it would be about 2 weeks depending on weather conditions. It was delayed by an additional week to week and half due to weather, some incorrect material being delivered and a delay for the permit with city and codes when they typed in the wrong address. I apologize that one of my guys did not show up when he was scheduled to and I sent someone else out as soon I could. All in all, the deck took 4 weeks at the most, not six weeks. A detailed contract was given to you and was also sent to city and codes. The deck passed inspection with city and codes. We spent full days to almost full days working on the deck and I stand by the quality of the materials and my work. If you have anything farther to discuss please contact me directly. Thank you."

1st I got an estimate from them and then they started the project on time. They removed the old material and started with the new! In about 3 or 4 days the painting crew had painted the railings and post. The neighbors say "We like what we see!"

"Emilio wanted the new deck repaired . I recommended to replace the deck. The deck was rotted and not built to todays codes . HE GOT A NEW DECK BUILT WITH SCREWS AND NOT NAILS . The deck was built to last .. Thanks for using Precision Home improvement."
