Overpriced rates, we only had one 12 X 12 room installed and they charged $250.00. The minimum rate for a small room is $150.00 at almost all carpet stores and $25.00-$50.00 to tear out and haul away the old carpet and pad. If you send me a $75.00 refund I ll be happy to remove this negative review and give you a 5 star rating. When you overcharge a customer you not only will never get another job form them you won t get any referrals which will cost lots of future business and money.

Highly recommend JNG. Our project was for a laminate flooring installation in our home office. We had a situation where our initial contractor had to back out of our agreement at the last minute due to personal family issues. We enlisted Home Advisor and JNG promptly responded to our inquiry, quoted the job, and we hired them. JNG completed the job in a timely manner. High quality work at a fair price. I recommend them for any flooring work. We are going to use JNG again for an upcoming project.

Moe, who came from JNG was great! Polite, and honest. Would have liked a better result but one person cannot move pool table alone to really eliminate problem with wrinkle in carpet.
