Great communication, friendly, honest, professional. I appreciated Lokahi"s honesty and I felt very comfortable communicating with him about what we wanted done(he even did our mildewy ceilings) Our house is older and he never seemed phased by it. Super friendly and easy going! Will definitely call on him again!
