I recently hired JNB REMODELING SERVICES, LLC for a project, and while there were some positive aspects, overall, my experience was average. They were found on Angi s list to complete a small concrete repair. Then after speaking to them, told that they do general contracting (handyman) work. I eventually hired them to complete several duties, like install a new shower door, 2 light fixtures, shower faucets and grab bars, paint the front door, install a guest vanity, and adjust a door frame. In my experience, you should be aware that he will try to juggle multiple projects at the same time. They finished about 80% of the work. Then, a few days later, after I tried reaching out to him regarding the rest of the work, he texted me that he would recommend I find another contractor to finish the work because he is behind on some other projects. Keep in mind that my family was very accommodating to him and his partner throughout the engagement! I ended up having to secure another contractor and, of course, having to wait two weeks before they could begin the rest of my projects. Ultimately, he tried calling me back days later to see if I would be interested in having them finish the remaining work. I was stunned.
In summary, JNB REMODELING SERVICES, LLC seems to be able to do decent work but lacks professionalism, where they could leave you high and dry if they have a more lucrative project in front of them. Some things were left incomplete, and I am not sure I would hire them again. Based on my experience, I am leaving a three-star review out of five.
